Made for those who get out there whether the snow gods have delivered or not, the Mach 1 MV 120 TD is a high-performance ski boot designed for advanced level skiers with medium-volume feet who are looking for all-mountain performance, a comfortable but precise fit and a high level of customization. Grounded in the fundamentals of high-performance ski boot design, the MV 120 features T-Drive technology which is a revolutionary shell to cuff connection that allows the boot to function in a much more efficient way. This results in a smoother more consistent flex, better performance and less energy required to ski at a high level. When you add the Asymmetrical Power Transmission shell and cuff design to the equation you get a precise feeling boot that is completely at home in any type of terrain or snow condition. Fit is priority number one in the MV 120 and Custom Adaptive Shape C.A.S. technology is the way we achieve it. Developed with an anatomically shaped shell and liner, the C.A.S. technology provides a great fit right out of the box but allows the boots to be fully customized if need be. - Last: 100 mm – A mid-volume last designed for average feet.
- C.A.S. Shell – The C.A.S. shell has an anatomical shape that matches the foot shape. This allows for a better out-of-the-box fit. Dimples on the shell reduce surface tension and facilitate the thermo customization process, making it easier for a bootfitter to modify the shell to fit your foot.
- C.A.S. Tongue – The C.A.S. Tongue can be thermoformed in a few minutes to perfectly match the shape of your shin.

- Flex: 120 – A stiff flex for expert or heavier skiers who require quick rebound and ski response.
- T-Drive Technology – T-Drive technology provides a progressive flex regardless of the temperature, keeping the shape unchanged which provides a more consistent fit. T-Drive also creates a stronger and more effective connection between the cuff and the shell that supports the boot flex, avoids plastic deformation, and increases precision and power.
- Liner
- Performance C.A.S. Liner – C.A.S. liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and great heel hold. The dual density micro-cell material is durable, easy to customize, and has a low pack-out rate maintaining a great fit over a longer period of time. For unmatched personal customization the C.A.S. liner can be thermo-molded, punched, and ground.
- Celliant® Insulation – Celliant is powered by 13 thermoreactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy. Infrared penetrates deep into the tissue to increase circulation, oxygen and blood flow. This results in improved performance, thermal regulation and faster recovery.
