The Nordica Unleashed Outreach Ski is built on the new 2022/2023 Unleashed 108. These limited-edition skis are built for the modern freeskier who loves deep days and big terrain. Yet, this daily driver is also at home in the trees and bumps, thanks to a rocker profile that offers exceptional versatility.  

The Unleashed 108 pairs a wood core with carbon and a sheet of terrain-specific metal, enhancing edge hold and dampening vibration for an exceptionally smooth ride. Armed with a traditional camber underfoot, the Unleashed 108 offers excellent response and plenty of pop. An early rise tip and tail provide flotation on deep days and give you plenty of freedom to approach any terrain and every turn with creativity. Playful and powerful, the Unleashed 108 transforms the entire mountain into your canvas.

WHAT MAKES THIS SKI SPECIAL:

What makes these skis special? The Nordica Unleashed Outreach Ski features graphics designed in a collaboration between Nordica and students and alumni of SOS Outreach: Veronica Saint Jane, Heidy Hernandez, Frida Quintero, and Delaney Muro. The design is based on a scale topographic map of Silverton, Colorado, the highest, steepest ski area in North America and home of the annual SOS Outreach Powder Challenge. Rich in detail, the graphics are situated using real direction points and feature elevation lines up to Silverton’s peak elevation of 13,487’ with a compass honoring the designers. The mining town of Silverton appears on the map and highlights Greene St, the historic main thoroughfare. There is even a hidden nod to this project’s exclusive retail partner, Christy Sports. Can you find it?

This limited-edition ski is available in sizes 162, 168, 174, 180, 186, and 194 cm and is available only through Christy Sports. Thanks to Nordica and Christy Sports, 100% of sales will be donated to SOS Outreach. Since 1993 SOS Outreach has served over 80,000 youth in 15 locations and 9 states with mentoring and outdoor adventures promoting six core values: Courage, Discipline, Integrity, Wisdom, Compassion, and Humility.
